If you order before 16:00 on weekdays, we ship the same day. Orders placed after that will be shipped the next business day. We have day-to-day delivery, which means that we strive to deliver all orders from weekday to weekday. Your items are shipped with GLS and can be delivered with or without delivery. You will always receive a track and trace number so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your home.
Returns

To ensure a perfect fit, follow these simple steps for molding the mouthguard to your teeth. Please note that boiling water can be dangerous, so exercise caution during the process:
1. Boil water and let it cool for 30 seconds before immersing the adult mouthguard for 70 seconds (or 30 seconds for the child mouthguard).
2. Using a spoon, carefully remove the mouthguard from the water, shake off any excess water, and quickly place it in your mouth, centering it on your upper teeth. (The mouthguard should still be warm.)
3. Gently bite down and use your tongue to suck out any air or excess water from the mouthguard. You can also use your fingers to press the mouthguard into place on the outside.
4. Leave the mouthguard in your mouth for 30 seconds, then remove it and rinse it under cold water.
5. If the mouthguard doesn't fit perfectly, repeat the process until it does. If it's slightly too big, you can trim the ends with a knife.
